Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
Welcome to Quonota Travel LTD, proudly operating under License No. 7782. By using our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Our services include:
1. Booking and issuing air, train, and cruise tickets
2. Booking and/or providing hotel accommodations
3. Arranging excursions
4. Arranging transfers at the country of destination
5. Providing tour guide services
6. Arranging travel insurance
7. Providing visa informational support
2. Booking and Payments
• All bookings are subject to availability.
• A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your booking.
• Prices may change due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or supplier increases.
• Final payment must be made by the due date provided. Failure to do so may result in cancellation.
Booking Confirmation
• Upon receiving a written request, the Travel Agent will inform the Client of any additional information required and state the payment terms, amendment, and cancellation policies.
• The Client must confirm acceptance of the terms in writing, creating a Confirmed Request.
Amendments
• To amend a Confirmed Request, the Client must contact the Travel Agent.
• The Travel Agent will inform the Client of the possibility, handling fee, and any price difference, which must be covered by the Client.
Prepayment (Deposit)
• A prepayment (Deposit) may be made upon mutual agreement.
• The Travel Agent is authorized to debit the Deposit to cover expenses and handling fees for a Confirmed Request.
• Both Parties agree to notify each other of the amount and date of each payment via email.
• The payer bears all banking and postal fees, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
• All cancellations must be submitted in writing (via email or official letter).
• Refund policies vary depending on the service provider (e.g., airlines, hotels, cruise lines, etc.) and may include non-refundable components and cancellation fees.
• Changes, cancellations, or upgrades to issued or booked services (including but not limited to flights, accommodations, transfers, and excursions) are subject to the Travel Agent’s service fee in addition to any provider-imposed charges.
4. Liability and Responsibility
• Quonota Travel LTD acts as an intermediary between the Client and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport companies, etc.) and is not liable for actions, negligence, or default of third parties.
• The Client assumes full responsibility for meeting visa, passport, health, and immigration requirements.
• Quonota Travel LTD is not liable for:
• Delays or cancellations due to weather, strikes, or force majeure
• Losses due to the failure of third parties to provide agreed services
• Injuries, damages, or losses during travel, unless caused by gross negligence on the part of Quonota Travel LTD
5. Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure—including but not limited to natural disasters, fires, acts of war or terrorism, strikes, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions—both parties shall be exempt from liability for any failure or delay in performing their respective obligations under this Agreement, to the extent such performance is prevented or impeded by said events.
6. Dispute Resolution
• Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith between the Parties.
• If not resolved amicably, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the jurisdiction of the company’s registration.
• The governing law shall be that of the country in which Quonota Travel LTD is legally registered.
